When four lifelong friends-Regina Hall, Tiffany Haddish, Jada Pinkett Smith and Queen Latifah-travel to New Orleans for the annual Essence Festival, sisterhoods are rekindled, wild sides are rediscovered, and there's enough dancing, drinking, brawling and romancing to make the Big Easy blush.

  • Hilarious

Surprisingly heartwarming and very hilarious!! The girls have great chemistry and there are so many cameos. I wish I had watched it with my best girlfriends!
  • Funny as hell!!

Great cast, good plot, nice ending
  • Too Vulgar

    By BreckyP
They didn't need the vulgar stuff to be funny. Not sure why this is rated so highly. Too much just didn't add to but distract from the story. Do not watch with young teens!

Could not stop laughing. Cast was amazing. Tiffany Haddish was so funny!! Raunchy and dirty but just fabulous. Classic comedy!!
  • Eh.

It tried so hard to be original and unpredictable, but it wasn't. Reminded me of a cliche Tyler Perry movie. All I liked about it were the actresses themselves.
  • Too juvenile

    By Eschenbach2017
Disappointing waste of talented actresses. Movie ran like a bachelorette party out of control. Rent for brief entertainment but don't buy.
  • Too Vile

This one really surprised me in the best way possible! While it's advertised as just another chick flick (and several others came out around the same time), this movie is actually incredibly well written, beautifully acted, and unbelievably funny--and totally superior to all of the films being compared to it, like "Rough Night." Tiffany Haddish, in particular, had me laughing so hard I literally spit out my drink-- always the mark of a great comedy. Definitely give this a chance!
