The world’s top protection agent (Ryan Reynolds) is called upon to guard the life of his mortal enemy, one of the world’s most notorious hit men (Samuel L. Jackson). The relentless bodyguard and manipulative assassin have been on the opposite end of the bullet for years, and are thrown together for a wildly outrageous 24 hours. During their raucous and hilarious adventure from England to the Hague, they encounter high-speed car chases, outlandish boat escapades, and a merciless Eastern European dictator (Gary Oldman) who is out for blood. Salma Hayek joins the mayhem as Jackson’s equally notorious wife.

Waste of money...even Jackson not worthy of this role. One R-rated shoot em up after another. Boring.

  • Somewhat Boring!

Somewhat boring and not very funny. Soupy and unoriginal storyline. Actors could not save the movie. Good location shots. Recommendation: Don't buy--just rent.

  • Action Packed? Yes. Worth Renting? No.

I like Ryan Renoylds, and think Samuel Jackson is a genius (Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, etc). This movie just doesn't add up. The action scenes are amazing and well executed... but they have no storyline behind them to make them impactful. So, action for action's sake is fine... except this movie is so long, it feels like it is trying my patience.
