When heroes alone are not enough…the world needs legends. Having seen the future, traveling rogue Rip Hunter assembles a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront the unstoppable threat of the immortal Vandal Savage— a threat which not only puts the planet at stake, but all of time itself. From the creators of The Flash and Arrow comes this super hero team-up that combines characters from both shows — in addition to new heroes from the DC Comics pantheon. Featuring Arrow’s Brandon Routh as The Atom and Caity Lotz as the resurrected Sara Lance/White Canary; with The Flash’s Victor Garber as Dr. Martin Stein alongside Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold and Dominic Purcell as Heat Wave; plus, the newest heroes Rip Hunter, Jeff Jackson and the reincarnated warrior queen Hawkgirl, this singular super hero spinoff series pits the ragtag team against one of the most powerful villains in the DC Comics universe.

I was a bit skeptical when I started watching this. But the more I watched the better it became. I love all the crossovers. This was very intriguing and never got boring. Very good sense of humor. It is SciFi but it’s great. And I don’t really do SciFi but I love it. Recommend it to all.
  • It’s ok

It’s a good show but the episodes get kind of boring and there aren’t that many twists
  • Not my favorite season but still good.

I am glad they got rid of Hawk girl and Hawk man.
  • Best show ever!

I would love a new season of this great show the end was such a twist!
  • Hyper sexualized content spoiles the fun.

We call it the fornicating space lesbian show. Because THAT is the focus in reality.
  • Second rate would be a compliment

DC's problem has always been that it thinks it has to write for 9 year olds. I made it half way through and the hackneyed EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SHOW got to me. It was the truly moronic dialogue that finally made me throw away my $3. Marvel turned the ridiculous Ant-Man into somebody cool by WRITING HIM COOL.
  • Uninspiring

I think the creators were hoping that adding a bunch of third rate heroes together would make for a first rate show. I can see how they could think that might work: surely everyone would like at least one or two of them? But it did not work. What they got was a third rate show.
  • This feels like scrapping the bottom of the DC Barrel

This was like Justice League on Crack! Lord knows how many Cliches I counted on one hand! But it was ok in a ridiculous way.
  • Stuck...

    By Drunken Chicken
It started ok but the show seems to be stuck. It feels the writers have a difficult time to keep a full season original and exciting. The story feels like a bad dream starting over and over and it ends always the same. There are not many storylines and the bad guy feels absolutely not like a dangerous guy.
  • Regardless of what you like to watch...

This show is really fun. It's a bit silly, there are less than perfect moments, but there is great production, lots of great actors, a fun plot that intertwines/overlaps with other CW/DC shows like (Green) Arrow and the Flash, and it's extremely enjoyable.
