    Thanks PBS for this amazing series - I couldn't stop watching. Such an important era that sets the stage for so much of what we have today but sadly so overlooked. This seminal series will help to fix that for all who watch.

    The finished product that Insignia spent two years on was wonderful- a wonderful combination of still images and old black-and-white film. And to the previous reviewer: Yes, the code talkers are most famously remembered for their actions in World War II. But the US pioneered the code talkers with the Choctaw and the Cherokee tribes during the First World War. Hence it's inclusion.
